This page explains how KIBOPC handles made-to-order PC fulfilment, pre-configured templates, component sourcing, PC assembly time, service package delivery, returns and faulty goods.
Pre-configured PCs
Pre-built / Pre-configured PCs are design templates, not warehouse-stock ready-to-ship computers. KIBOPC builds them from scratch only after order acceptance and cleared payment.
Custom PCs
Payment confirmation and security clearing may take up to 4 business days. After payment has been confirmed, assembly, configuration, testing, packaging and dispatch usually take 7–14 business days.
Service packages
Customers pay delivery to KIBOPC. After the selected service is completed, KIBOPC returns the device to the provided address at KIBOPC cost within Ireland unless otherwise agreed. KIBOPC service, diagnostics, upgrade and maintenance work is covered for 1 month after completion unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
How fulfilment works
Customer places an order, requests a quote or buys a service package.
KIBOPC confirms payment status, Stripe clearing, component availability, service requirements and any important lead-time information.
For made-to-order PCs, KIBOPC waits for cleared payment before ordering, allocating, unboxing, assembling, configuring or testing components. For service work, the customer ships or delivers the device to KIBOPC if required.
KIBOPC completes build, testing, diagnostics, upgrade or selected service package.
The finished system or serviced device is dispatched or returned to the customer address.
Detailed shipping and service rules
1. Introduction
This Shipping Policy explains how KIBOPC handles build timeframes, dispatch, delivery, collection, damaged parcels and customer delivery responsibilities. It should be read with the Terms of Service, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Delivery area
KIBOPC currently delivers within Ireland only, unless KIBOPC expressly agrees otherwise in writing before the order is placed. Customers outside Ireland should contact support@kibopc.com before placing an order.
3. Made-to-order build timing
Both Custom Configurator Builds and Pre-built / Pre-configured Template Builds are made-to-order PCs. They are not ready-to-ship warehouse stock and are built from scratch only after order acceptance and cleared payment. Payment confirmation and security clearing may take up to 4 business days. KIBOPC does not normally order components, allocate components, unbox parts, assemble, configure, test or dispatch made-to-order PCs during this payment clearing window. After payment has been confirmed, assembly, configuration, testing, packaging and dispatch usually take 7–14 business days. This includes thermal paste application, cable management, BIOS or firmware updates, RGB configuration where applicable, operating system or driver setup where included, stress testing, quality control and dispatch preparation.
4. Services and customer hardware shipping
For diagnostics, upgrades and maintenance and other pure Services, work may begin immediately when your hardware arrives at the KIBOPC service location. Services do not follow the 4-business-day Stripe clearing window used for made-to-order PC builds. If you send hardware to KIBOPC, you are responsible for packaging it safely and using a suitable tracked and insured delivery method. You should back up data and remove unnecessary personal files before sending hardware where possible. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer pays the delivery cost to KIBOPC for service hardware. After the selected Service has been completed, KIBOPC will arrange standard return delivery of the serviced equipment to the customer’s provided address at KIBOPC’s cost within Ireland only. Special delivery methods, failed delivery, incorrect address, redelivery fees or delivery outside Ireland may be charged to the customer.
5. Delivery after dispatch
Once an order is dispatched, delivery time depends on the courier or delivery service used. KIBOPC will provide tracking details where available. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, supplier delays, quality-control issues, customer-requested changes or events outside KIBOPC’s control.
6. Delivery charges and address accuracy
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown during the quote, checkout, invoice or payment process and may vary by product size, weight, delivery location, insurance, courier service and packaging requirements. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including full name, delivery address, Eircode, email, phone number if required by the courier and any relevant delivery instructions. KIBOPC is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.
7. Failed delivery
If delivery fails because you provided incorrect details, were unavailable, refused delivery or failed to collect from the courier, additional delivery, storage or return charges may apply. If goods are returned to KIBOPC by the courier, re-delivery may require payment of additional courier costs.
8. Risk and ownership
Risk in goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them. Ownership passes only when KIBOPC has received full cleared payment.
9. 48-hour transit damage report
You must inspect the parcel and PC promptly after delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, opened, crushed, wet, mishandled, incomplete, incorrect or non-functional on arrival, contact KIBOPC within 48 hours of delivery where possible so that KIBOPC can investigate and submit a courier claim if needed. Email support@kibopc.com with your order number, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the inner packaging, photos or video of the issue and a clear description. Keep all packaging until KIBOPC confirms whether it is needed for inspection or courier claim purposes. This 48-hour reporting requirement helps preserve evidence for courier claims. It does not remove your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods.
10. Missing or incorrect items
If your order is missing an item or you believe the wrong item was delivered, contact support@kibopc.com with your order number and relevant photos of packaging, labels, contents and invoice so KIBOPC can investigate.
11. Collection by appointment
If KIBOPC offers collection for a specific order or service, collection must be arranged in advance. KIBOPC may require proof of identity, order confirmation or payment confirmation before releasing goods. Visits, collections, drop-offs and service appointments must not be made without prior arrangement. If a customer fails to collect goods or serviced equipment after being told they are ready, KIBOPC may arrange redelivery or charge reasonable storage, handling or courier costs where permitted by law.

Returns and cancellation
Consumers may have rights under EU and Irish law to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days. This right may not apply, or may be limited, for goods made to order, clearly personalised or built to the customer specification.
If you want to cancel an order, contact KIBOPC as soon as possible. During the Stripe clearing window and before the Build Process starts, cancellation is normally accepted but non-refundable Stripe/payment processing fees may be deducted where lawfully disclosed. After the Build Process starts, made-to-order PC cancellation is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Faulty goods and delivery issues
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or materially different from the order, contact KIBOPC within 48 hours of delivery where possible with photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging and the issue, and keep all packaging for courier investigation.
If a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to remedies under applicable consumer law, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
